If you need a moment of pause during the day but it is too challenging to find a quiet space to relax and recharge yourself at home or at your office; you are welcome to join this session on Thursday afternoon. The session will take only 45 minutes of your day. The guided meditation will help supports your mental health, enhances your ability to manage stress, boost productivity, and improves your overall quality of life.
